Answers for the way you travel, and the habits that keep every journey safe.
Security first, always
01
Before you book
In the preview you can practice the whole journey: search, compare, save and build trip previews. Every sample option shows its full total and its cancellation terms beside the price, so comparing is honest from the first glance. The same layout, the same discipline, will carry into live bookings.
Start with any of the four services from the top of the site.
02
Payments and refunds
No payment is collected anywhere in this preview. When live bookings open, the safety habits will be simple and absolute:
Meruvor will never ask you to pay outside the secure checkout.
We will never ask for card numbers, passwords or verification codes over chat, email or phone.
Crypto is only ever paid to the address shown inside the checkout, never to a private wallet someone messages you.
Refunds return to the original payment method, with the amount and timing explained before anything is cancelled.
03
Account security
There is nothing to steal in the preview: accounts are a design preview and passwords are never saved or sent. For the day live accounts arrive, the habits are worth building now:
Choose a unique password that you use nowhere else, at least eight characters, ideally longer.
No one at Meruvor will ever ask for your password, not by email, not by phone, not by chat.
Sign out on shared computers and close the window on hotel business centres.
Two-factor protection will be offered from day one. Turn it on.
04
Spotting a fake
When we contact you, it will be from a meruvor.com address, about something you recognise, and it will never create urgency about a payment. A few habits defeat most fakes:
Type meruvor.com into the browser yourself instead of clicking links in messages.
Check the address bar before entering anything: the domain before the first slash is the only one that counts.
Treat pressure as proof of fraud. Real support never rushes you into paying.
When live channels open, suspicious messages can be reported to us directly.
05
Reviews and trust
Scores on Meruvor can only come from completed bookings, and we never buy, seed or beautify them. There are no real reviews yet, so the strip near the footer is clearly labelled preview data. The full policy lives in section 9 of the terms, and it is short by design.
06
Live flight data
The flight boards run on a community receiver network. Coverage varies by region, positions can lag, and quiet skies are normal rather than errors. When there is no signal, we say so instead of guessing. The boards are for interest and planning, never for operational decisions.
Straight answers
Questions, answered plainly.
The short version of how Meruvor works in this preview.
What is MERUVOR50?
MERUVOR50 takes 50% off the full illustrated total of any booking, on every service, applied at the review and payment step. No first-timer rules, no minimum spend, no account required.
Which services can I book on Meruvor?
Four: flights, hotels, car rentals and activities. Each service keeps its full total, cancellation terms and payment timing in view, so a plan never hides its price.
Are the ratings on the site real?
Only trips earn a review. Scores will be published from customers after completed Meruvor bookings, so no scores exist yet. The guest strip near the footer is clearly labelled preview data.
Is this a live booking site?
Not yet. This deployment is a private preview: inventory, prices and conversions are illustrative and no reservation or payment is submitted.
Where do my saved trips live?
On your device only. Saved places, trips and preferences stay in local storage in this preview and are never sold or shared.
Talking to a human
Real trips deserve real people.
When live bookings open, support hours and contact channels will be published right here, including a fast route to a human when a trip is disrupted. Until then, the preview pages, the help dialogs in the footer and the terms answer most questions.
