01Who we are

Meruvor is an independent travel platform, at home on the web at meruvor.com. The service brings four parts of a journey into one place: flights, hotels, car rentals and activities. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Meruvor” mean the Meruvor team and the service it operates, and “you” means anyone who opens, browses or uses it.

These terms apply whenever you use meruvor.com, including the current preview, the live flight boards, the currency display, the account pages and anything you reach from them. Please read them once. They are shorter than most because we removed the parts that only protect lawyers from other lawyers.

02The preview, in plain words

What you are using today is a private preview. It is the real site, with the real design, the real words and the real way of working, but with sample inventory rather than live suppliers. Concretely:

• You can explore all four services, search destinations, compare sample options, save places and build trip previews.
• Prices, availability and cancellations shown are illustrative, clearly labelled, and made to behave like the real thing.
• No booking is ever submitted, no seat, room or car is ever reserved, and no payment of any kind is collected or processed.
• Account forms validate what you type, locally, and store nothing. No password is saved or sent anywhere.
• Trip previews, saved places, your theme and currency choices live in your own browser only.

When live bookings open, the preview banner and the sample labels will come down, and the parts of these terms that describe bookings, accounts, payments and refunds will start to apply for real. Until then, they describe how we intend to work, and they bind us to build it that way.

03Using Meruvor

You can use Meruvor for personal travel planning and, when bookings open, to book travel for yourself or for people travelling with you. You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping or bulk copying, no attempts to break or overload the site, no fraud, no impersonation, no using our pages to harm anyone, and no automated access that ignores the rules a normal visitor follows.

If you are under 18, use Meruvor together with a parent or guardian, and let them handle any booking or payment. When a booking is made for several travellers, the person making it confirms they have permission to share those travellers’ details and to accept the fare rules or property rules on their behalf.

04Your account

In the preview, account pages are a design preview: they check your typing, help you choose a strong password, and create nothing. Nothing to guard and nothing to lose. When live accounts arrive, these plain rules will apply:

• Give accurate details, and keep your email address current so confirmations reach you.
• Choose a unique password and keep it to yourself. No one at Meruvor will ever ask you for it.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold or shared.
• Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to your account.
• Two-factor protection will be offered from day one and recommended everywhere.

05Bookings

When bookings are live, this is how they will work, in order and without surprises:

• You choose an option, and the total you will pay sits in one place, with taxes and fees visible and cancellation terms beside the price. No hidden extras exist by design.
• A booking exists only once we show a confirmation and send a booking reference. A reference looks like GOV followed by six characters. Before that moment, nothing is reserved and nothing is charged.
• The rules of the supplier (the airline fare rules, the property policy, the rental terms, the activity conditions) also apply to a booking. We show the important parts before you confirm, and the full parts in your confirmation.
• If a supplier cannot honour a confirmed booking, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund of what you paid us, and we will not charge for the trouble.

06Prices, taxes and currency

Every price on Meruvor is set and stored in US dollars. That anchor never changes. If you are browsing from another country, the site may suggest a display currency, and you can switch display currency at any time from the top of any page. Converted amounts are indicative preview conversions at fixed rates, so they can differ slightly from the rate your bank applies on the day a real payment is made.

When live bookings begin, the total shown before confirmation is the total you pay. Local taxes, airport fees and supplier charges will be shown as named lines, never buried. Where a price is pay-at-property, that will be stated plainly beside the room or car details, not in small print.

07Payments

Payments are not collected anywhere in this preview. When live bookings open, the plan is to accept, in one secure checkout:

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, debit and credit.
• Wallets and processors: PayPal, Stripe, Cash App and Zelle.
• Crypto: Bitcoin, USDT and other major cryptoassets, and wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Card and wallet payments will be handled by licensed payment processors. Card numbers will never touch Meruvor servers and will never be stored by us. Crypto amounts will be fixed at the rate shown in the checkout at the moment of payment, with the US dollar total always visible first. No one from Meruvor will ever message you asking for card details, passwords, verification codes or a crypto transfer outside the checkout. If that ever happens, it is not us.

08Changes, cancellations and refunds

Every option shows its change and cancellation terms before you commit, in the same card as the price. No terms, no booking. When fresh changes are needed after booking, we will handle the request with the supplier and tell you the exact cost or refund before anything is charged or cancelled.

Refunds return to the original payment method. Card refunds usually clear within five to ten business days depending on your bank; crypto refunds return in the same asset at the prevailing rate unless the law or the supplier requires otherwise. Where the law gives you stronger rights, for example flight delay and cancellation rights in the EU or UK, those rights stand on top of everything here, and nothing in these terms reduces them.

09Ratings and reviews

Ratings on Meruvor can only come from a completed booking. Nothing else. We do not seed scores, buy testimonials, edit honest words into prettier ones, or delete a review for being unflattering. A review can be removed only if it breaks the law or the guidelines shown at the time of writing, and the removal reasons are logged.

This preview has no real reviews yet, so the strip near the footer is clearly labelled preview data, made to show the design, not to claim customers. The moment real trips happen, real scores replace it, each carrying a verified booking mark and nothing else.

10The MERUVOR50 code

During the preview period, the code MERUVOR50 takes 50% off the total shown at the review step of any sample journey, across all four services, for every traveller in the party. It is a preview of how promotions will work: generous, obvious and free of traps.

• No minimum spend, no excluded days, no small print maze.
• The code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• It may be paused or retired when the preview period ends, and we will say so clearly on this page when that day comes.

11Live flight information

The live flight boards show positions from the community ADS-B network (adsb.lol) with route records from adsbdb. Community data is exactly that: volunteers with receivers, doing something wonderful and imperfect. Coverage varies by region, positions can lag or be missing, and a quiet sky is normal, not an error.

The boards are for information, curiosity and planning. They are not certified aviation data. Never use them for operational, safety, legal or financial decisions, and always confirm anything that matters with your airline or the airport. When the data goes quiet, we will say so plainly rather than fill the gap with a guess.

12Our content and yours

The Meruvor name, the sunmark logo, the interface, the illustrations, the words and the code on this site are original Meruvor property, protected by copyright and trademark law. You may browse, print pages for personal use, and share links. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or present our content, design or brand as your own, and you may not use Meruvor marks in a way that suggests partnership we have not agreed.

Content you send us, like review text, photos or messages, stays yours. By sending it you grant us permission to display it with your trip, in the product and in marketing, in a form you would recognise as yours. You can ask us to stop displaying it at any time, and for reviews we will say clearly what removal means for the score before you ask.

13Third parties we rely on

Meruvor stands on strong shoulders: licensed payment processors, the community flight data feeds, self-hosted typefaces, and suppliers such as airlines, properties and rental partners when bookings go live. Each of them has their own terms, and where you use their service directly, such as paying through a processor or travelling on an airline’s aircraft, their terms apply too.

We choose partners carefully and keep a short list. Links to other websites are offered for convenience; once you leave meruvor.com, their rules and their privacy practices take over, and we cannot vouch for pages we do not run. If a partner ever treats you badly, tell us anyway. We want to know.

14Availability and changes

The preview is under active work, so sections may appear, change, or pause as we build. We test carefully before every change, and we will never quietly remove something you rely on without saying so.

When live services begin, the aim is availability around the clock, with planned maintenance announced in advance and kept short. If something breaks, we will fix it first and explain it after, in plain words, on this site.

15Disclaimers

The preview is provided as it is, and as it becomes. We work to keep everything accurate and calm, but sample inventory, sample prices and community flight data are illustrative by design, and we cannot promise they are error free at every moment. The currency conversions you see are indicative preview rates, not the rates your bank will apply on a real payment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including consumer guarantees and rights that apply where you live. Where these terms and the law disagree, the law wins, always.

16Responsibility and limits

When live bookings operate, our responsibility for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing here limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

During the preview, our responsibility is the honest, careful running of this site. Decisions taken on sample data are taken with sample data, and no booking, payment or travel arrangement exists to be lost.

17Suspension and ending use

We may suspend or end access to the service for anyone who misuses it in the ways described in section 3, or where the law requires it. If we ever take that step with a real account, we will tell the person why, unless telling them would break the law or endanger someone.

You can stop using Meruvor at any time. In the preview there is nothing to cancel: no account exists, and everything you created lives in your own browser, where you can clear it whenever you like. When live accounts arrive, closing one will be a short, clear process, and this section will say exactly what happens to your data.

18Privacy in summary

Saved places, trip previews, and your theme and currency choices are stored in your browser only. So the preview can be measured and improved, it also keeps a light visit record on its own private backend: an anonymous reference, your rough region from a one-time connection lookup, and the pages you open. It carries no account and no cookie trail, and it is never sold or shared.

If you start a live chat, the name, email and phone you share are kept privately so a real person can follow up, and for nothing else. Account forms are validated locally. Passwords are never saved or transmitted, and no payment or booking details are collected anywhere in this preview. 19Governing law and disagreements

These terms are governed by the laws of India, the home of Meruvor. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you can always bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

Before anything formal, talk to us. Write through the help page, explain what happened, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Most disagreements in travel end with one honest conversation and a corrected mistake, and we would much rather be judged by how we fix things than by a clause in a document.

20Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the version number and the date at the top change with them. Material changes get a plain summary of what moved and why, shown on this page before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change means the new version applies going forward.

We keep a simple public history: every version, its date, and one line about what changed. When live accounts exist, changes that affect bookings already made will never apply backwards to those bookings unless the change is required by law or makes things better for you.

21Contact

The Help and security page is the front door for questions about bookings, payments, privacy and everything in these terms. When live bookings open, support hours and contact channels will be published there, including a fast route to a human when a trip is disrupted.
